You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are found to be inactive for extended periods.

Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of our platform may require payment or a subscription. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified, and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

  • All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways.

  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees.

  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice.

Content & Intellectual Property

All content on TheCollege — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software — is the property of AZB Labs Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

  • You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for service improvement.

  • You are solely responsible for content you post, and it must not violate any applicable law.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to harass, bully, or intimidate other users.

  • Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, or defamatory content.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

  • Use the platform for any commercial solicitation without our written approval.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AZB Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TheCollege in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website.
